According to what the Daily Express reports , Chelsea are aiming to transfer West Ham United’s Declan Rice and Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham.
But, the owners of the English club are aware that it will be difficult for the transfer of the English duo, as they are rivaled by many teams.
Even if Chelsea manage to sign Bellingham and Rice, then they will have to pay €150m each.
The pair would become among the most expensive players sold in the history of football, but the rich owners of the blue club have no problem doing so
