Real Madrid has decided not to transfer Erling Haaland in the near future, Marca reports .
The Norwegian striker has adapted quickly to Premier League football, scoring 18 goals and three assists in 14 games.
Los Blancos are aware that they cannot rely on Karim Benzema for a long time due to his age (34 years old), so they are looking for a new striker.
But, as Marca reports, the Spanish club has no intention of transferring Haaland, due to his high salary demand.

Another obstacle for the Norwegian to move to “Santiago Bernabeu” is the frequent injuries he suffers.
Thus, Real Madrid will focus on other strikers, such as PSV’s Cody Gakpo, who is shining in the Netherlands at this World Cup.
The amount of his transfer would be around 80 million euros, unlike that of the Norwegian, which is over 150 million.
