Mike Maignan has been out of the field for almost three months, but Milan is confident that their number one will return soon.
The goalkeeper was one of the most deserving that the team from “San Siro” won the title of champion last season
Maignan started this season in similar form, but an injury suffered at the end of September forced him to miss the World Cup in Qatar as well as other matches with Milan.
As reported by “Calciomercato”, Maignan is not expected to take part in Milan’s upcoming friendlies against Arsenal and Liverpool, but he could return to the field for the friendly against PSV on December 30.
The Rossoneri medical staff are confident that Maignan will be fit enough to start in the opening game of 20223, against Salernitanas, on January 4.
